Paul Martin has been a professional graphic designer and web developer since 1997 with experience in both commercial and government industries. He has maintained sites of over 5000 pages on large corporate websites, smaller business websites and small personal Web pages and blogs, as well as several intranet and extranet sites. He specializes in usability and information architecture for extranet and intranet applications. Working closely with clients he helps define target audiences needs and other motivating factors and translate them into concepts for compelling interactions and experiences on the web. Having a high degree of technical expertise in nearly every Web technology including XML, CSS, HTML, PHP, AJAX, and JavaScript, he is able to bring new and emerging technologies and techniques to enhance web projects. Paul also has had extensive experience in creating online learning and learning management systems implementation and integration.
