Martha’s Table serves the needs of vulnerable members of the Washington DC community by providing food, learning, healthy living, recreation, and family support services with the assistance of trained staff and hundreds of volunteers.
The client sought an updated website that would allow the organization to better convey its mission, message and programs to constituents, and engage more fully with volunteers and funders. The website built on a content management system allows the Martha's Table staff full ownership of the site allows the organization to showcase the most recent happenings and successes of the organization.
The standard compliant templates were developed on a modular framework in order to make the programming implementation as easy and time efficient as possible.
There are misconceptions about the nature and range of services offered by Martha’s Table, that an enhanced website can help change. The goal is for this site was to provide an experience similar to visiting Martha’s Table, one that is relevant to volunteers, donors, partners and the overall community.
